Overview

At Pairivo, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our event organizers and participants. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our paid services. By using our platform and making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Digital Services and Software

Pairivo provides digital software services (SaaS) for managing speed dating events. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to our premium features upon payment:

  • All purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused event credits.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Technical Failure: If a critical bug or prolonged system outage prevents you from utilizing the paid features for your scheduled event, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  2. Duplicate Charges: If you were incorrectly charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  3. Legal Requirements: Where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria for an exception, please submit a refund request within 7 days of the original transaction date.

To submit a request, email us at support@pairivo.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction ID or receipt number
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund (including screenshots if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion, based on the evidence provided and our system logs.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer or payment provider (e.g., Stripe) without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your Pairivo account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
